Are you passionate about storytelling through visuals? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for bringing ideas to life on screen? We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our growing team at Verd Media! As a full-time Video Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms and projects.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for online platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.)
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets client expectations
Ensure consistent style, branding, and tone across all video content
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Handle post-production tasks, including color grading, audio editing, and adding special effects
Continuously improve editing processes and stay updated with the latest video trends and editing software

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, etc.)
Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and codecs for various platforms
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to video concepts
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in creating content for YouTube, social media, or digital marketing is a plus
