Are you passionate about storytelling through visuals? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for bringing ideas to life on screen? We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our growing team at Verd Media! As a full-time Video Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for online platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets client expectations
  • Ensure consistent style, branding, and tone across all video content
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Handle post-production tasks, including color grading, audio editing, and adding special effects
  • Continuously improve editing processes and stay updated with the latest video trends and editing software

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and codecs for various platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to video concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in creating content for YouTube, social media, or digital marketing is a plus
